OUR MODULES

Tailor our software to meet your winery's needs with Add-On Modules. The Cloud-Based or Full-Install programs are available as single site, enterprise, and customized versions.

CELLAR MAPS

Allows for the display, creation and editing of personalized maps depicting winery tanks and barrel lots, with real time information on content and composition.

COSTING

Provides the tracking of Grape, Overhead, Barrel, Crush and Materials costs for blends. Costs can be spread as lump sums on demand or automatically, at the close of each month.

CUSTOM CRUSH

Allows for billing clients for services on a per-gallon, per-barrel, per-hour, per-ton, per-case or flat-fee basis, and includes Alternating Proprietorship.

PACKAGING

Tracks all packaging materials for both table and sparkling wine. These materials are automatically depleted during selected WMDB operations, such as bottling.

Tank Gauging

Calculates and displays the gallons equivalent to an entered wet or dry measurement for selected tanks, which must be assigned to a class in order to be gauged.

Trial Blends

Calculates the composition of trial blends for wines currently in the system and/or composition of components not yet in the winery. Blends can be saved for later use.

Work Orders

Provides for entering, printing and recalling winery cellar work orders. Multiple winery transactions of any type can be combined in a single work order.
